RICHARD G. GODFREY, Chairman
Rick Godfrey is a principal partner and Chairman of Manufacturing Resources, Inc., providing general management consulting services to large and small business clients worldwide. Mr. Godfrey's consulting experience includes P&L turn-arounds, re-engineering organizations and processes, team dynamics and conflict resolution, program management, materials/ procurement, capital and assets improvement, human resource development and recruiting.

Prior to working with MRI, Mr. Godfrey was employed by TRW for 12 years, serving as Vice President and General Manager in electronics, occupant restraints and controls, military electronics and avionics, and international businesses. Before joining TRW, he served 24 years as an executive with Honeywell, including assignments as director of production for the company's Space & Strategic Division, director of production and logistics for the company's Military Avionics Division and director of electronic operations at the Micro Switch Division.

A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Mr. Godfrey also has served the United States Department of Defense as a member of the Defense Manufacturing Board and the Defense Science Board.
