Shrink Wrap Machine

MRI has developed and mechanized a unique and proprietary process for
rapidly applying heat-shrinkable tubing to wire terminations. In just a small fraction of the cycle time required by conventional heat guns or pass-through radiant/convection systems, MRI's machine applies the tubing and shrinks it in place using a controlled blast of high-temperature air. This machine is ideal for customers looking for a large productivity gain and can be configured for a wide range of applications.

shown (bottom). Another MRI-developed machine automates the downstream
process for one of our customers by automatically coiling and wrapping
the finished wires, shown at top.
